Hi Friends, Jagger Here today!
Have you ever heard the story of Gulliver and his Travels? I hadn’t, until mom discovered this park and introduced me to the book and movie. We prepared for a park day by watching Jack Black’s interpretation of the classic story. It was lighthearted, funny, and of course, like all his films… ridiculous!
We went to check out the park themed after the book. My favorite part was sliding down Gulliver’s pants. My least favorite part was the gravel because it was dusty and dry and made me feel uncomfortable. All in all, though, I enjoyed the wide array of slides.
Back home I have a big a yard and run around every day, here my apartment is too small for that, so we use parks to get our “ejercicio“. That would be a major downside of living here to me, but parks like this, make it seem a little more tolerable.

An added bonus of park day was that few days ago we were joined by a fellow worldschool family. Our moms have been connecting via Facebook and we were excited to share our travel board games, and plan some adventures together. I’m really enjoying having other kids to explore Valencia with. We all played at the park for two solid hours and walked all over the city, landing back at our apartments which are across the street from each other and we can wave from our balconies.
